Rhubarb and Ricotta Tart

Italian cheesecake style tart with baked rhubarb and vanilla.

Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day. Will keep refrigerated overnight, bring to room temperature before serving.

Ingredients: Butter, milk, flour, sugar, eggs, ricotta, mascarpone, cream, vanilla, rhubarb, orange zest.
