A rich Italian Christmas cake with sour cherries, rum raisins, roasted nuts and dark chocolate. Glazed and finished with gold leaf.
Serving and Storage: Will last up to 4 weeks if kept airtight in a cool, dark place. Do not refrigerate.
Ingredients: Clementines, confit Italian orange peel, lemon, hazelnuts, almonds, rum soaked raisins, sour cherries, dark chocolate, butter, sugar, flour, free range eggs, honey, apricot jam.
