Italian Easter Tart
Traditional easter tart from Naples. Amedei chocolate, cocoa nibs, sour cherries and candied orange peel amidst Kristen Allan buttermilk ricotta. Finished with candied clementines and paper thin slices of cedro.
Available up to and including Easter Saturday 20th April
Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day. Will keep refrigerated overnight, bring to room temperature before serving.
Ingredients: Butter, milk, flour, salt, sugar, free range eggs, cream, buttermilk ricotta, sour cherries, candied orange peel, Amedei chocolate, cocoa nibs, vanilla, orange blossom water, candied clementines, cedro.
