Italian cheesecake tart with baked rhubarb and vanilla. Nut free. Size 12", serves 12-15.
Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day but can be refrigerated overnight. Bring to room temperature before serving.
Ingredients: plain flour, butter, milk, sugar, eggs, ricotta, mascarpone, cream, vanilla, rhubarb, orange zest.
