Choux pastry filled with a salted caramel mousseline, dipped in a rich decadent chocolate glaze and topped with hazelnut praline. Individual.
Serving and Storage: Best eaten same day. Do not refrigerate.
Ingredients: Butter, flour, milk, water, sugar, salt, free range eggs, cream, dark chocolate, hazelnuts, liquid glucose.
